My quilting journey started in 2020, when I was staring at a pile of fabric I had hoped to turn into a Halloween costume. My first attempt at a pair of pants was a disaster but I was determined to have a finished project. My first quilt was a simple patchwork thing, created out of a black and white layer cake. While it broke my sewing machine, a new creative outlet took shape.

Trying to finish quilts in a small apartment came with its own unique set of problems and my pile of quilt tops started to stack up in a corner. After dreaming for years of owning my own longarm to quilt the perfect design onto each of my beloved quilts, I finally had the space to embark on another journey.
